Why everyone feels the need to ask these questions?

I searched on these issues, and frankly I'm disappointed. Most of them are based on questions that can be easily found on Google or Wikipedia. However, for some reason people feel the need to put a Y! Question answers on Miley Cyrus new song, or a simple algebra problem, or even the English translation of French. I do not know why, because the general population is too lazy to find a few links on Google, or because they do not know how? In fact, it bothers me a lot and it really should be a matter of more worth of opinion, and less "Give me the answer is I could find through a simple search" Google-type question.
