Someone is disappointed that Miley Cyrus was on the cover of Seventeen magazine?

I just received my September issue of Seventeen magazine and saw Miley Cyrus on the cover. She said in her interview with seventeen "I am very mature for my age." He called the people trash talking and taking pictures spicy expiration date itself? And then another thing he said was "do not understand why people want to do harm to others.
