Halloween? Early Planning

Me and a few friends wanted to be famous people for Halloween. And we are that bored that were planning it 7 months away lol. Anyway, we were thinking Like lady gaga, Miley Cyrus, Pussycat dolls. and that kinda thing? So my questions are........... 1. Who's a good few stars (Like people we named) and 2. what kind of clothing or costume would go with the star you named?
There are so many fun options if you want to dress up as a celebrity!
The key is picking a celebrity that has a "signature look", so people can recognize who you're supposed to be.
