What do you think of my Christmas list?

I am a girl of twelve whose parents divorced each other, so I have two Christmas. I tons family to buy me gifts! Suffice it to say, if you do not think I'm spoiled or anything. What do you think of my list? Step I can not get a new cell phone because the contract is in place, but I had a Neon LG on the list.
